Equipment Development Process

  • Using FMEA from the early stages of development, we carry out designs that take mass production.
  • We work closely with our customers to understand the current state of products and processes, as well as issues with existing equipment.
  • A design review is conducted with the manufacturing, automation, and QA departments.
  • The design prioritizes the use of standard modules, pursuing efficiency and reproducibility.

Parts quality assurance management

  • All standard parts are sourced directly from manufacturers.
  • Even non-standard machined parts using ASSAB materials are manufactured in-house to ensure quality for critical parts.
  • Core components such as tools, carriers, molds and inspection modules are manufactured in-house.

Precision Assembly Assurance System

  • Strict dimensional control is carried out on critical parts such as cutting tools, moulds and carriers during the design and assembly stages.
  • Wiring is done according to standard specifications, and we can accommodate customer specifications for special requests.
  • Quality is guaranteed through in-factory pre-inspection and independent inspection.
